Sebonac Acid Gel-it is an anti-bacterial medicine used to treat acne.
It is a safe medicine, but you should tell your doctor if you have other skin conditions and if you are taking any other medicines, especially those applied to the skin.
It may not be suitable if you have very sensitive skin. Ask your doctor about using this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Sebonac Acid Gel-it is Salicylic acid which belongs to the group of medicines called Keratolytic agents.
It is used treat and prevent skin conditions such as acne, blemishes (discolored spot-on skin), skin redness, and other skin diseases.
It is also used to treat and prevent dandruff, corn & calluses (thickened layers of skin) in affected individuals.
It is not recommended for use in patients allergic to salicylic acid.
It is also not recommended for use in patients with active inflammation/dermatitis, infection (at the application site), acute viral infection, skin malignancy, and/or tanned skin.
It should be used with caution in children and adolescents (aged 1-15 years).
It is also advised to be used with caution in elderly patients (aged above 65 years). Consult your doctor before applying the medicine.
