    Peripheral Vascular Disease

Diabetes leads to changes in the blood vessels including arteries, fatty deposits block vessels leading to reduced flow. This reduced flow leads to pain, infection and wounds that heal slowly leading to Diabetic Feet. This may also lead to amputation if not treated early.
